AMERICA IN TRANSITION

So as the events of the last few days sink in, there’s much talk on the left of political strategy, psephological re-invention and resistance. Predictably so, given the disconnect between what was expected and what occurred. But more importantly, there seems to be a broader societal cleavage manifesting itself that will not be altered simply by a change of the personnel in power.
