British parliament heads for vote on Article 50

In a case of potentially huge constitutional significance – but one that will likely end up changing little in practical terms – Britain’s Supreme Court ruled that Parliament should have a say on the manner in which Article 50 will be triggered, beginning the formal process of the country’s exit from the EU.

As for Britons who happen to be citizens of the regional devolved parliaments, well, that’s a whole other matter…
